I donated at the $50 tier knowing I was likely throwing it into the void considering his work history and don't really regret it, the pencil test did show promise too, but I'm approaching it like GRRM, no expectation of ever seeing the product, but would be happy if it came along. I wouldn't suggest this if the premise wasn't something teased as the top goal, but he could do the scaled back version with some ERC mixed in.
