Cool! Hey Malagate, I guess Sony says it's OK to play Konosuba Eds in the UK? Your YTs are blocked for viewing in the States.
Hah! That's a rarity, I'm usually on the receiving end of region restrictions, at least they were still straight forward to find. I had no idea what Hee Haw is, but yes it did make me think of one half of the two kinds of music that exist (country & western, of course).

Scratching the surface yes, we're not even including music such as that uploaded by AnimeVibe - I'm pretty sure that's just clips of anime synced to music that they consider to match...still because I randomly stumbled upon it I've picked up the names of some anime that I wouldn't have known of otherwise (Such as this Bojet song set to Kimi no ka wa).

But back to actual tunes involved in an Anime, one can't forget the other end of the spectrum from relaxing anime OP - Rumba, rumba, rumba, rumba... - Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - Third opening. In no way relaxing! I still like it though, shame they didn't adapt the ending of the manga into anime...yet.

A different type of AnimeVibe style video is the now classic Girlfriend, by Matthew Sweet, featuring Space Adventure Cobra. It was the most awesome thing when it came out!

My favorite fanmade MV is the [urlhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwVNhjOz1fw]Ghost In The Shell - Short Skirt/ Long Jacket[/url] by Cake, done by Superspork.

Then there's the whole sub genre of mashups; This one made my brain melt, the first time I heard it....

Nice stuff man, had not heard of Megalo box, sounds good. I got Copyright'd for that Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukaashii link though, oh how I missed you copyright laws!

Nujabes though, oh man. RIP :( He really brought Samurai Champloo to life, Shiki No Uta brings me back most frequently. Urgh now I'm thinking of all the famous people who died over the past few years, jeez you know you're old when your pop culture references are all dead artists.

Yeah, Sony's too uptight over crap like that. Here's the short version, with extra filler added on the end to escape Sony's wrath?

Shiki no Uta, yeah, I have that one on my "Anime Faves" YT playlist.
