I really wish someone out there will find me

It needs to be either "wish someone... would find me", or "hope someone... will find me."

But having said that I can produce no explanation of why that is the case, which I find deeply shameful, my apologies. I could mumble something vague about the irrealis mood (compare "I wish I had a pony" vs. "I hope I get a pony") but you're better off googling that yourself if so inclined, I would probably do more harm than good at this point.
