Well,
it looks like I need to hijack this sub forum for updates (and in the future, probably also more description, maybe? with some pictures) on translation.

Reason being, now that both facebook and discord don't want to let me in without 2FA, i can not use these any more as my /other/ online identity needs a phone number for /their/ own discord and facebook purposes and they can not be shared...

So, time permitting, looks like i will be posting information and answering questions as replies to this post. Hopefully it won't bother the admins here too much.

The timing is kinda convergent, as I have finally, after close to a year of a gap, completed translation of page 1497.
But more about it, in its own post. Or maybe not. maybe just a single-line one nothing to it.

It's been a while since I posted the previous one (2 Dec 2022...).
I have no excuse and I can not promise anything be any different going forward.
Though this one had actually stalled on me on the last panel for last, idk..... 6 months?
Just did not have head space to get the feelz of this one.
I also 'titled' the page a bit differently than the original (polish title comes from next panel over, where Ririka says 'you silly boys'.)]

Unfortunately it was easier to emulate the, you know, teen like talk of the ninja granma;) guess that is why this page and previous took me so long as there wasn't much of a reference from my culture to emulate ( apart from the cute little blue limo that keeps bumping into her son line, that did get the cute treatment from me) I called on some 'licencia poetica' with the 'damage to the love of the genre' and have the fan say "please stop, such scenes I watch in gore [as in the genre] you know" ( I wonder if he should say 'i prefer _' here instead...) (This kinda mirrors the infamous "zombie guro" page from way back when;) )

To my mind Ririka talks here like a grown mature woman that used to be the magical girl but is fully grown now and is (acutely) aware of it too. She might have still the young female voice, she sounds like a girl here. not like a mature woman or a grandma, but her vocabulary is fully ...shocking not R rated though. There is not enough cuteish words in Polish that could express what "barfies" are in PG13 kinda way... The magirl fans have to lose interest for some reason...
