Wrapping up the winter season, and a very good one at that.
Aside from the HSG OVA I gushed about earlier, The best two shows this season were Kaguya-sama: Love is War and Mob Psycho 2. Top notch animation, writing, VA's, and both have a lot of heart.
Just a tic below is Dororo and The Promised Neverland. The best of these two shows are equal to the first I mentioned, but they aren't as consistent. Still worthy of a watch, though.
Slime and Shield Hero had some really good bits, but also suffered through stretches of crap, too, particularly what passed for the last ep of Slime. Still not enough to cut them, though.
Boogiepop was done well technically, but it was hard for me to get into.
It wasn't the best animated or written, but Quintessential Quintuplets was a lot of fun. Yotsuba best girl, I don't care what the multitude of #Mikufags say.
