Studio Ghibli Fest

Starting this weekend Fathom Events will be having a Ghibli Fest at select local theaters. There will be two showings with dub on Sunday afternoon and sub on Monday evening. June 25 and 26 will be My Neighbor Totoro, July will be Kiki’s Delivery Service, Aug. will be Castel in the Sky, Sept. will be Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, October will be Spirited Away, and Nov. will be Howl’s Moving Castle.

It's a good time, yall should go.

I burned myself out on Ghibli a few years ago when NYC was running their first iteration of Ghibli fest...watching like 10 movies in 2 weeks was actually kind of rough. No regrets though, they're all great.

They did this a few months ago in Orlando. Man, it's magical to see these movies on the big screen. Personally enjoyed Spirited away and Princess Mononoke.

NYC has one in december at the IFC... they're showing every movie even.
