for some reason I've got it stuck in my head that the "whap" sound was the same as the whip crack and moan for the WoW succubus.

I suspect that Megumi's annoyance is not with them but having to come here.
I suspect those two things are not mutually exclusive.

I think her attitude would be completely different if Junpei was riding in the passenger seat...(Hey grandma, I need two rooms....) ;)

Mm, no, I think Invisigoth had this one right. Kimiko was lying on top of Piro, facing downwards.
Megumi seemed to smack whatever was closer in panel 3, and in panel 4 Kimiko's back seems to be closer to the back of the seat. Maybe that's just the blanket and her right leg is nearer the front still though. Or if she is in 4 nearer the back, perhaps she only just rolled some after 3. Going by the past, it would seem as you say, Kimiko was still above and up in 3 and she got smacked.
(Aside from issues of who was where and pointing in which direction, I seriously hope that effeminate little "Eep!" came from Kimiko rather than Piro.)
Eep does sound rather young-girlish doesn't it. Although his often non-aggressive deferring behaviors, being reactive, roleplaying female characters, some game and reading material choices, some of Largo's comments, what Yuki et al said about how he talks. Yet it probably doesn't extend to high-pitched yelps as we might imagine it sounded. Although the eep doesn't necessarily match with when Kimiko right after says Hunh? Where? she does seem a better choice sound-wise.

You're probably right.
Not a parking permit, a rudimentary "privacy screen";
Seems more like it, depends on how discrete and private this place is. It was mostly a joke about foxtail imagery, a sense that she's a relative and some sort of insider. (It's to some extent perhaps a sign that she's connected and not to mess with the vehicle.) Some sort of notelmotel thing fits very well though sure.

Oh ha, I just now noticed that baleful eye of Megumi's at the bottom of panel 4.

It's almost not there, only the top of her head is really in frame, but Fred managed to angle it just enough to catch that Evil Eye glaring up over the edge of the panel. Like I was saying last thread, the next few people who encounter Megumi today need to be really polite to her or their last few moments on earth are going to be highly unpleasant. Grandma might get a pass for being family (and being a grandma :D, so far the grandmas we have encountered have been the most badass folks in MegaTokyo); strangers would do best to give her a wide berth. Hopefully Piro will clue in enough not to say anything particularly stupid, but "having a clue" doesn't really seem to be his thing at the moment. ;)

Will it be Kimiko and Piro sitting uncomfortably at the foot of the bed in the last panel?
Will they get a grillin from granny Foxxy?
MMMMMMmmmmmm! Grilled meats...
Do we get a Megumi shower scene!?! OOO! OOOOO! It could be a Kimiko and Megumi bath scene where maybe they want to talk but not say a thing.
Maybe only the BDSM room is unbooked for the night?
Or it might be a scene shift... rats!

I'm curious to meet Megumi's grandma. I assume this is not the 8-tail foxgirl grandma that she shares with Mugi, but rather her father's mom.
chemi said this a few threads back:

If I remember Fred's foxgirl genetics correctly, it's something that's only passed along the direct maternal line. Megumi is the daughter of one of the family sons... ergo, no foxgirl.
If that rumor holds true, then Megumi's father's mom is the shared foxtail grandma, and the grandmom we are (hopefully) about to meet would be Megumi's maternal grandmother (unrelated to the kitsune Sawataris... sorry Teddy, no Foxhole here :D).

That leaves the question of why the foxtail on the license plate privacy covers (Megumi's, and the one on the customer (or maybe other staff?) car in the last panel). My problem is the logo looks more like flames to me than a foxtail, :? so anything I might say on that is gonna be skewed.

Dude... the Foxhole is a cool name for a love hotel or any number of businesses! I would drink in that bar, hang at that comic shop, or play at that gaming store!!

Now the big question is how many of you know what the name of the famous movie that the original song the song in the commercial parodied came from.

Only that wasn't originally a movie. That was originally a musical that later became a movie.
