So I'm not seeing 'dark hair with white forelock', more like 'light hair'.
Having The Kid here be from Endgames would have been pretty bent (in a good way).

Except Liminaut I believe is talking about the actual Moeko, whom we haven't seen at all before this, not the "representation" played by Erika (which we have seen in various forms).
We've had explicit reference recently of Stability making changes, even drastic changes, to the appearance of a portrayed MG, presumably for their own purposes in handling the fan base. So just as Ririka was told that a skinny little blond girl would "play better" than her own appearance, I can see some Stability jerk saying early on in Moeko's process, "No no no, we need something a lot more Sailor-Moon-y, not this Rogue shit."

I never noticed that kid before. I was about to say I didn't see anything in-comic to indicate it's a boy, let alone Pirogoeth's... but now I see the transcript mentions an also-shown "M1r0" (note the numbers). If that's not the kid it's one of the grinning merchants which seems unlikely; "Miro" isn't obviously a boy's name to me but is close enough to Piro that it makes sense.
Search ninja claim this only use of "M1r0" in comic... but also whistle nonchalantly, refuse make eye contact. Most un-ninja-like.
So... yet another almost-a-clue that Fred evidently doesn't mind us being aware of, but has not yet explicitly surfaced in the comic. (I really wish we had access to the version control of the transcripts... I would love to do a 'git log -G"M1r0"' and find out when this little teaser was planted.

Well "someone else" was still only my 3rd choice (behind "Miho herself" and "Ririka"). I was building up to saying that Liminaut's guess of Moeko seemed a bit more likely to me than an Endgames character (Pirogoeth or Miro or whoever), but 1541 came up in the meantime.
