I'm not sure, but I think she wants him to want to have sex with her, so that he will try to put the moves on her, thereby triggering her modesty protocols, and then she can bash him with a telephone pole like Jun said she wanted to?

I was just re-reading this and I find it funny how Megumi's questions to Ping and Ping's answer could be applied to Piro and Kimiko.
