About Fred having to learn how to operate a Windows machine instead of an Apple machine ....... Well, I've never used an Apple machine, but I've also never driven a Ferrari. I suppose that Apples, like Ferraris, are good for some tasks -- a Ferrari can get you from Point A to Point B
in a hurry, and I've heard that Apple machines are great for graphical work, so they would be attractive to Fred.
BUT (you knew that was coming, didn't you?)
Ye olde family station-wagon (or mini-van, these days) will still get you from Point A to Point B reasonably quickly (hey, it beats walking), and Adobe Photoshop "Elements 11" is a reasonably handy-dandy program (I have no idea what Fred uses, and I'm no artist) which runs quickly under Windows 7 on a ten-year-old PC.
(Yes, I just turned sixty, and I get grumpier with every passing year.

And
real electronic devices glow orange in the dark, and will keep your hot chocolate warm.

)
As for the comic, it's another fine job by Fred. Who
is that stranger behind that door? Did Great-Grandma sense "a disturbance in the Force" and dispatch spy to look in on the situation?
