She has been wanting to get laid for a while. She finally has a chance and then gets cockblocked by Ping. I'm really starting to feel sorry for her. While I don't think Fred will do it, it would be hilarious if Megumi just chucks her out the room and continues.

Megumi will have fresh protection available. Paison doesn't even realize that Megumi has been undressing him all this time so don't worry about the socks

By the looks of the tangled logic paths, that prioritized Junko over her own body, the 'higher necessity' took priority.

Or, it's another step forward to being non-H consciously, instead of being /programmed/ to it, and these paths are being shortened by every heartbreak she's been through (remember her internal programming seems to unconsciously change. Which kinda led to this situation...

Programming conflicts. She's probably at the age where she's curious (for normal humans). In her case, "curiosity" can also be seen as "need data".

More and more people (and androids) in MT seem to really deserve the adjective "poor" to an increasing degree…
