Re: [1557] I wish I could hear you talk

Just a stupid question. If Erika played Moeko, and they are both in the same room, and Moeko can actually hear Erika talking — and she is holding that wand… I still can’t believe Moeko is "channeling" through Erika. Erika seems too much like the awkward hospital visitor to me — all throughout this c...

Re: [1557] I wish I could hear you talk

@Zandra: *that* sounds like something that has ‘Largo’ written all over it. This time, if what you say comes true, he may actually remain innocent.

Re: [1557] I wish I could hear you talk

@cidjen : that’s a nice theory there! It sure holds more water than what I can make of it all… =) @chemi : …and since Largo is clearly aware of the MG layer, that would count as a quite definite ‘yes’ — thank you! =) @LogicalLube : I don’t think I ever consciously heard of Saint Tail before. Thanks ...

Re: [1557] I wish I could hear you talk

@BetaCygnus :) Well in 1540/1541 we can see they are not the same person. Also Moeko is much younger. Oh, yeah — *that* scene. Well, I interpreted that simply as different versions (alter ego) of herself. Miho unconscious, and so, with Yaku holding her, in tears, while Miho has this internal conver...

Re: [1557] I wish I could hear you talk

Owh, I feel for Erika — it’s so hard to do ‘light talk’ to someone who is lying in a coma — and she doesn’t even know her at all… Those first panels really captured Erika’s feelings of insecurity, unsure what to say, how to act… and then in the bottom left panel she finds her own emotions and can be...

Re: [1556] A magical girl transformation sequence

Haha, revisiting the page it still gets me laughing out loud:

‘Deep immersion into play can lead to a coma-like state.’

Though, of course, the situation is touchy — story-wise — I think this is one of your best Largo-jokes EVER, Fred!

Thanks for the ongoing smile!

That, or she's a much better actress that I thought, and is doing this for Moeko's sake. (Certainly not for Largo's mental health, such as it is.)
My vote goes to your ‘or’, Roamer. =)

Re: [1556] A magical girl transformation sequence

Haha! This is max funny!

Great transformation scene here, Fred! Every panel is just a little more Moeko from Erika’s side!

Thanks for the update! =)

P.S. — And it didn’t even have to imply nudity. =D

Re: [1555] Go see her

So, I take it that Largo still can not understand Japanese? … As a character, he's good for comedy relief but in delicate situations he's like bringing an APC INTO a fine dining establishment. I do not think I fully agree with you, Eraden. Okay, Largo may not understand any of the language, and yes...

Re: [1554] the parts needed

In real life outside the comic, I don't think there's anything she could just say or wear that would convince people she was really a robot until she started doing things impossible for humans. Including saying I'm a robot. That's just too unlikely to be true. It's way more likely if she said that ...

Awwwww… Ping’s simple "Ok." in the last panel is just… cute as can be. =) And no Piro/Kimiko disturbance yet. That’s cool — nice save there, too! Thanks Fred, for this sweet page! =) I was wondering about Ashe’s name, though. It might have been explained already, but… I was thinking along the lines ...

Re: [1552] All of either of them

I don’t know if MT is meant as the story of a multilayer game or a story of real people in a comic world in which every character has his or her own perception of what’s going on… …but I do admire Fred for being able to draw a comic and add the dialogue so well that he actually manages to convey suc...

Re: [1550] Raging noises

Is it actually a grim look? Not to me, taking panels 1 and 2 into account. To me it looks more like a serious "Did I get my phone in time to capture what I wanted to?" kind of look. I’ve seen people with that look, and I have that look on my face myself whenever I am trying to snapshoot something bu...

Well, the Registered Products Detector is, really, not quite a Registered Products Detector. Its main function, I would guess, is that of a...
