Speaking of shonen, I dropped Undead Unluck. The current arc had potential, but the details of the plot just went off the rails in a big way, making it unwatchable.

Now that I think about it, the ML being a bit aggressive and the FL being innocent is a hallmark of shoujo, isn't it? A milquetoast ML is more of a shonen trope......

A Sign of Affection is a pretty nicely done shoujo anime. ML is a little too pushy and aggressive, FL is a bit one dimensional(which kinda makes sense given the circumstances), but they have good chemistry together, and the supporting cast isn't a bunch of tropes.

I rarely get hyped over the first episode of an anime, but holy cow, the first episode of Ninja Kamui was amazing! True, the plot was mostly a well worn one, but the action sequences were extremely well choreographed and fluid!!

Metallic Rouge looks good, but the story and characters are just so-so. I have a feeling this one will rush to tie up a dozen plot threads in the last couple of eps.

Bottom Tier Character Tomozaki S2 has been a bit disappointing, but the OP and ED are bangers, thanks to DIALOGUE+!
