In my theory Paisen and his fiance will go to Anna Miller's and see Megumi there. The fiance will then learn the truth, fall to her knees and genuflect before Megumi and offer Paisen to Megumi as she realizes that she is unworthy of a man who has been touched by a Goddess.

A thought has occurred to me. Megumi states that Grandma said she was adopted into the family and thus Megumi can't be a foxgirl. However, Grandma seems to have neglected to say where she was adopted from. There is every possibility that her birth family was also foxgirls. Interesting observation

Megumi is the Nine Tail Fox. Her powers encompass the realms of Luck and Love among other things.

Having been instructed explicitly to not tease the other readers I will say that this strip is a LOT deeper than you may imagine and several rereads taking in other characters PoV makes it even funnier

The sad thing is that Megumi really made a connection with Paisen. Of course that was because of her latent powers keying in on him and his sad story (my opinion)

So, Erika and Largo had already met Miho and Yaku at the hospital and Erika knows a LOT more about that situation than she's letting on. In fact she's on her way back to MegaGamers to meet Miho and Yaku and has just invited Piro to join them there....
