Taking Ping’s ear blades, eye color and possibly multi-hued hair as some kind of fashion statement or cos-play do Megumi and her grandmother know Ping is a robot? As a human her word choice is certainly strange unless it was part of the cosplay.

Ping would have been programed with low self esteem this would make it easier for her user, probably some one else with low self esteem, to interact with her.

Junpei took Miho to the ninja compound initially. She was taken to the Foxhole by a squad of ninja, that she beat up, then jumped back to the ninja compound.

I would think it would have more to do with her heart. She is not fully healed, yet she has destroyed a hospital and its guardians, wiped out one group of Ninjas outside the Foxhole, defeated the Ninja matriarch and her minions in their inner sanctum, and still yet wiped out another group of Ninjas...
