Could Piro be a moderating influence on Megu? If he can't moderate the K-Z, I can't see how he is supposed to handle a nine-tail Kitsune. Moderating... Could as well mean slowing down so as to increase the probability of chain reaction, like water or other kind of moderator would slow neutrons down...
