This is crazy awesome... Does it make Miho the reflection/incarnation of the peoples' emotions as they experience her in whatever framework she exists? Or, more like, she is the Essence of Emotion, which, by the nature of its' "real"ness, arises in others (She is Love, others experience Love... Their experience is not a copy but an analogue to the source, who's embodiment is Miho)? Ouch, I think I hurt my brain...

Even WORSE, does this mean that Miho, the Original Work, the "Real", being dead... Does that mean that all the analogues others have made like her die too? TRULY EVIL...

It sounds like Mr Ibara is saying that Miho is kind of like the Truman Show, just instead of seeing Truman's life through TV, people see Miho's life through games. I need to think about that some more.

Also, that has to be Ping calling for help through the L-Phone. Yutaka to the rescue?

[Edit to add: We're getting close to the point where we may have to say "you were right(ish) all along" to Binary_Tears. Miho may be the actualisation of a story through whatever means. But you can't kill a good story as long as one person remembers it - Piro, looking at YOU here. . . and maybe Yuki too now.]

[More edit to say: Remembers the story fully, properly. No-one currently knows Miho like Piro. So here's the thing, maybe the event from two years ago was Miho going "public", appearing as the actual MG behind Erika's animé show. Trouble is a story can become what people want it to be - the fans bring the story to life. So the fans, sad, angry disappointed, made the story a bad one. They hurt her, took her down. A long way down. Not quite sure how losing Tokyo fits in there but I'm sure that hurting a newly self-discovered magical girl can generate a lot of umm . . bad feedback if you see what I mean.]

So - the PWN indicator on the phone. Three possiblities. Bad, worse, & BBQ.

This is stuff showing up in largo's trans1337or.

What I see as a bad possibility is that he has added a PWN capability to this, to give him an override on Ping. If K. presses this, he could jeopardize Ping's attempt to escape Ed.

What I see as worse, would be that could be a literal translation of what was coming through Pings Channel - she called for help, then the PWN came through as a side effect of Ed doing exactly that - Pwning her.

The BBQ option I see, is that after the third call for help, that would indicate that she's not gotten any help - from anyone. That would seem to trigger her rejection subroutines. PWN could then mean Bye Bye Ed (again).

We've seen the "pwn" button before, although I'm not sure what it's purpose would be:

That would have been in the replacement phone app, not the translator app. might not be the same.

I'd assume in the phone app, would do pretty much what happened to Yuki before - blow out the other target's cell sites/power to knock them off the net.

So "games are just frameworks to experience [Miho's] story" [1239]. That fits with Mr Ibara's desire for Nintendo "to be the platform for her new life." [1232] And if we assume that Miho is changing in a way that makes her life more kiddie friendly (less 3vil zombie queen, more friends and such), that might explain why Nintendo would now be interested where they weren't before [1232].

Did Kenji and the CoE denizens "became close to her" by playing the Miho game? [1227] If their "greatest fear is that her story may be over", is that because the Miho game is over? And similar to when Truman quit the Truman Show, if Miho's game is over she may be dead to them, but that doesn't have to mean she's dead.

We have confirmation now that she's not an EDS unit like Ping. But she is similar in that EDS units were a failed attempt to eliminate the need for her. I guess that's what everyone has meant by her being the "real thing". Being a game character in a way also explains her reaction to Kimiko's speech about making Kotone live. [1034]

What is her tragedy though? Why is she a "tragic piece of leftover 3vil"? [1062] Is it the fact that her life is accessible through games, or is it something else?
