coolness, I havent heard the song but the verse is really good

Having watched the video for this Van Halen song back when MTV still played videos, My mind kept sticking in random phrases like the ones superimposed over the video.

Right now, pie would be good
Right now would be a bad time for Gameru to get out of rehab
Right now nobody knows where the Cool Thing is
Right now Piro wishes he didn't know where Largo was
Right now Erika is kicking someone's ass
Right now both Kimiko and Piro need backbones

Same here, unfortunately. Unless someone has a link handy, I'll just have to find the lyrics the Google-fashioned way.

I really like the verse, though. Ping seems more manipulative than she's usually portrayed ("she makes me pay," "she don't want to wait for the baker"). Still, the narrator's obviously head-over-heels for her. Such good characterization is too hard to find in fanworks.

Hey, if you have the time, go ahead and take a crack at it. If you filk something and it turns out good, then that's great - we can always use more filkers. Otherwise, it's not like you have to share everything you write (I've posted no more than half of my filks).
