Wow, I haven't posted to the forums in forever. If you're not sick of them already, here's another Beatles filk, about the population of Megagamers.

Every day he sticks his head in the store.
And every time she notices the lout
She throws him out.

On the corner is a madman with a drink machine,
The other gamers quail from him and plead for b33r
But the madman has a f03 to ph34r
Though she cracks the game, very l4m3.

I work, and meanwhile back

In 1-Yen Lane there is a robot who's a dating fool
And in her Flash drive is the coding of her heart
If she's hurt in love it's easy to restart
How she plays her part

Our newest actress found the centre of the character
The heroine sees all the world's colors as gray
And tho' she acts as though she feels okay
She does anyway.

We see the madman hiding waiting for a frag.
And then the bishie op saunters back
It's his lines to blame, very l4m3.

In Penny Lane there is a barber showing photographs
Of every head he's had the pleasure to know.
And all the people that come and go

The little children laugh at him behind his back.
And the banker never wears a mack
In the pouring rain, very strange.

There beneath the blue suburban skies
I sit, and meanwhile back

In Penny Lane there is a fireman with an hourglass
And in his pocket is a portrait of the Queen.
He likes to keep his fire engine clean,
It's a clean machine.

A four of fish and finger pies
In summer, meanwhile back

Behind the shelter in the middle of a roundabout
The pretty nurse is selling poppies from a tray
And tho' she feels as if she's in a play
She is anyway.

In Penny Lane the barber shaves another customer,
We see the banker sitting waiting for a trim.
And then the fireman rushes in
From the pouring rain, very strange.

.........................cool...............I've just gotta say that anytime I see a Filk on a beatles song, it's almost always good, Beatles filks Rock and this one is no exception.
