I was just thinking about this.
Largo's cool thing has been shown a few times...but not really made itself truly known.
I wonder if it could be a reflection of Ghost Wheel, the uber-leet artifact from Roger Zelasny's Merlin Chronicles...

Heh.

Take a drink when someone asks or theorizes about what Largo's cool thing really is.

This would be one of those drinks made not to discourage the topic, but just because it's fun to point and laugh when it happens.

No she does not. I see normal amounts of 'taintedness' that everyone gets as they live through adolescense in developed cultures. Or to put it another way, she has dealt with lots of fanboys whenever she was doing a booth babe job. Her attitude shows that a fair number had 'dirty' intentions which she 'efficiently took care of' (arm breaking). She's world-wise, not sophisticated. Being world-wise includes spotting potential 'dirty' intentions. Erika's assumption was a valid one given the lack of knowledge/credibility of Largo at that time along with her worldly attitude.

you are right for sure. But in the siuation discussed it's little strange that not Largo but SHE was thinking about it

/me thinks she likes him

/me informs all he is NOT talking seriously.
/me adds the word NEVER.
/me feels a lot better.

(anyway, she does)

I actually think her and Largo 'click' alot more than Piro and Kimiko, just look at how much she was talking to him and actually paying attention to his absurd stories when they were at the bar

Largo's offer in the last panel of #289 sounds like a proposition. As Psieye noted previously, Erika has good reason to expect the worst of men. She's constantly on guard because of her experiences. It has nothing to do with being interested in Largo or having a dirty mind.

You'll end up alcholic, Ray.
Just to point and laugh even more, the Cool Thing has already been discussed here , and here , and there , and also there .

And yet I only searched the last six months, and didn't include all of them... (uh-oh, was that necromancy I did ? Beware, me ! )

well, the cool thing is supposedly linked to the ph34r bots...
and if the MTCD is real, the zombies in turn are real, which means that its no far leap to say that the cool thing posseses awesome, great powers... we just havent seen them yet.
