Bought so much stuff from the PS4 Black Friday Sale.

Just completed Brothers in one sitting. Really fantastic stuff.

Pokemon Moon. It's a bit different from the other titles, not sure if I like that or not yet. I still hate the non-transferability of pokemon with items.

I got a PS4 a few months ago and subscribed to Final Fantasy 14 so have been playing that a lot. I also played Transistor (LOVE that game) and before that was playing Dragon Age Inquisition (on the PS3 initially - but the upgrade was so worth it).

Apparently I'm getting FF15 as a present this year. I saw the start with a friend via SharePlay, and I'm now more interested in it and want to get stuck into the gameplay and leveling mechanics.

Atelier Sophie was very calming.

Until some monsters repeatedly kicked my ass.

But I enjoy just chilling and doing my own thing and having the game just slowly open itself up to you. No pressure.

I haven't played an Atelier game since Mana Khemia 2. While everything feels like more or less an upgrade, the battle system is a definite downgrade. Not sure what the Arland/Dusk battle systems are like, but I very enjoyed the Khemia switching in and out and complex combos and time card manipulation. Here support actions just happen! By chance!

Wish they put a bit more work on the environments. Too many random open areas with a few gathering spots. It's fine here and there(like you don't want an absolute chore to gather lots of materials you need) but some actual dungeons wouldn't go amiss. Maybe for some key items or some jazz.

The characters do look nice but they aren't as expressively animated as I'd like. A lot of standing there stone cold and mouths flapping. Feels like a bit of a waste. VN style cutouts would convey more emotion.

I'm personally bouncing between playing Mass Effect 3 and Nier: Automata.

Me and my friends decided to get God Eater 2 Rage Burst. But it came with God Eater Ressurection so we started with that instead.

Not much experience with any Hunter type games but this is kinda meh. Very repetitive. Some enemies are just super cheap, like the Dyaus Pita which doesn't ever stop. And some levels where you just get ganged up on by multiple mid/large types.

Though you can create stupid OP bullets and after you get the air devour which restores more than half your OP (or close to full with the right gear traits), you can just obliterate most things by spamming homing airstrikes and chomping them. Trigger Happy makes this doubly stupid.

Also played the shit out of Atelier Firis. Battle system is still a far cry from Mana Khemia, but it is overall a huge improvement over Sophie. Except maybe the character interactions and story arcs, I enjoyed Sophie's more. Got 100% achievements, if only cause the achievements are fairly easy rather than actual anal 100% absolutely everything. You don't have to craft everything or discover every recipe, just do enough of it. Get all endings and character scenes and you're set for most part. Didn't beat the Uber Dragon, fuck that thing seriously.

Which the game didn't run like absolute ass and have all these dodgy shadow issues. Not gonna bother with DLC, what's the point of new party members when I've beat the game? Not really feeling it for a NG+.

Don't believe it. The Switch doesn't exist. I've been search since the release date, and no matter where I go, it always sold out two days ago. Smacks of a conspiracy to me.

I'm playing Persona 5, and the usual never ending run of phone game (PAD, KH:UX, SAO:MD, and FFBE).

And Fate Grand Order is finally coming out in English.

Giga Wrecker is... giga wrecking me. I don't know if I can keep up needing to retry a boss 100 times to beat it. It's really draining. I can figure out what I need to do to beat the boss, but the execution is just... and it's pretty grating having the professor explain what you need to do repeatedly after too many losses. I KNOW. IT'S JUST FUCKING HARD.

Started a bit of Bayonetta. Maybe I should beat that first. It is also kinda wrecking me but at least there's checkpoints in the middle of boss fights.
