The other boards have such a thread, so I was thinking it could be fun to have one as well. My initial idea was to ask only about romance games, but that would penalize the Western fans, so...

For my part, as many people know, I'm currently playing ALcot's "Clover Heart's" (the PC version obviously) and am half-done (still in Rio's story happy.gif ). I hope I complete it before the end of the year and then start "ONE2". Or "To Heart2" if it doesn't suffer any more delay. tongue.gif

- Clover Hearts, a bit slow on progress, right now I spend a little more time power-learning Kanji (am still 500-600 short of the JouYou) than playing

- Doukyuusei if for Saturn, am still missing a character and haven't seen all endings in this version yet - that, and I simply love this game

- True Love Story, collecting all endings and CG for Yayoi, maybe will get Tomoko some time

got Kanon sitting around here, will probably not start it until I got the JouYou down... will also try and break into Kakyuusei soon, though I somehow think starting a new game of that type is a bit frustrating as you need to visit all places and meet all characters (and read all text) a lot to get used to the environment first... I somehow still like the surroundings in Dou better as I'm used to it...

Kanon ^^, finished AIR (thx to the ppl who helped me) Yeh...I'm slow, so might as well start from classics.

Going to play Clannad and SNOW and maybe Kana Imouto. Snow has great CGs, but there aren't many reviews on it...I'll have to see for myself.

Ho ho ho ho!!! Welcome to the club, tsugecchi. Which version, PC or console?
EDIT: you're on the RAML, aren't you? We started a discussion about CH and I'll continue it as soon as I complete Rio's story then Rea's. It'd be good if you join us (if it's not already the case).

Yeah, the free-moving feature of the Dou/Kak is fun... but frustating save if you have a kouryaku or a lot of time on your hands. Back then, when there weren't that many games to play, it was okay. Nowadays... happy.gif

Reviews by the dozen for "SNOW" and "SNOW FULL VOICE VERSION". Just go to the "レビューサイト一" section.

PC, I don't own a PS2 yet (though I have the Sakura Taisen 1 remake! biggrin.gif )

EDIT: oh and mind you, I'd prefer the PC version even if I had a PS2, for obvious reasons.

you might find a clue to my fave character if you look at my avatar wink.gif

and I never use Kouryaku ninjanatsD.gif

For the record, my avatar is because of the XMas theme and isn't an indication of mine. And yeah, it's hard not to like Madoka (though apparently Rio is better, but you need to play her story more in order to truly like her, when Madoka's charms are more obvious).

Being a typical monolingual, not much ;)

Played the Majipuri demo, thought it was hillarious and wanted more - but sadly i doubt we'll ever get a full translation.
Edit: Oh yeah, and i keep having dreams about Aruku. Really weird dreams o_O; I blame those RPG spoof sections... ;P

After browsing the Insani site, downloaded Wind - 'played' a little of it this morning before work, will continue. Not enough to judge yet...

Still half way through Kanon, waiting for Haeleth (no pressure :)).

Bought myself some Japanese books from Amazon as an early self-Christmas-present the other day XD

Going on to Kazoku Keikaku after that.

Right now I am enjoying Growlancer II and III. While they are both normal RPGs, there are a few renai elements to both games. II has a friendship meter that adjusts depending on your responses to several of the female characters. III has different responses available to you depending on the current relationship with the female characters. Apparently different endings and story arcs happen depending on the choices you make and the blood type you choose at the beginning. But with both of these I'm just starting out. The voiceovers for both games are excellent, and the art for Annette Burns... well, she has very nice legs. wub.gif

'Cute' isn't how I'd describe Aruku. I'd rather use 'sarcastic', 'ironic', 'teasing' or 'playful'. happy.gif

For some strange reason I've felt the urge to revisit parts of Chain again, don't ask me why… I just found it lying around and felt like playing it.

Wow, I didn't know Growlanser series had some of the Ren'ai elements in it. I already ordered Growlanser Generations and I can't wait to play it. I also ordered Thousand Arms as well.

Not playing anything at the moment. But currently waiting for "School Days" by "Overflow" to be release in 2 months time. This game is suppose to be a fully animated game, sort of like a interactive anime and that's what makes it interesting.

The requirement of this game is quite high for it's genre....

P4 1.5 gig
384 RAM
DirectX 9 Compatiable 3D Card with 64 VRAM

I put ST5-E0 on hold for a while, and now I'm playing Kishin Hoko Demonbane. And I LOVE it wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif . It's as good, IMO, as Fate/Stay Night.

The PC version of that is a pure Visual Novel with H-scenes.The PS2 version is slightly better with 3D Mech strategy parts mix it.

But the main draw is Al Azif, the most moe chara to grace the genre in 2003.
