Battlecries echo
But Largo should have known to
Back up all your taunts.

Pirogoeth's heart
is assailed by icy fears
and prepares for night.

a wireless keyboard,
battery operated,
requires speed-loaders

[irish_haiku]
Although briefly surprised for a change,
Remarked Piroquake then "It's a strange
"And quite terrible shock
"That your system has locked,
"'Cuz I don't often miss at this range."

"Out of ammo!" is
Almost as feared as the cry
"Out of batteries!"

Largo found in just a moment
That him killing his opponent
was soon to be
a dream that he
Sadly would never represent

Adapted from a post by Manta_X on another thread:

l33t-m4st3r Largo
lost his moment of glory:
death by double-a's

[!haiku]Hope you don't mind, but that was such a Haiku-ish http://forums.megatokyo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB8&Number=687047&Forum=All_Forums&Words=Manta_X&Match=Username&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Old=allposts&Main=686983&Search=true#Post687047 (so it seemed to me), that I just had to bring it over here![/!haiku]

piroko takes aim
as largo pounds the fire key:
did you feel lucky?

[!haiku]
I hadn't actually thought about it, but since only Largo's keyboard locked, and not his whole system, he would have been sitting there, pounding at the fire button in frustration, while watching Piroko's gun slowly come up and...>click<!BAM!
