Is this how Apple
would enter the market for
"embedded systems"?

the evil marking
embeded on the most evil
gives seraphim joy.

Two consciences sitting in session
Discovered a valuable lesson:
That an Apple a day
Keeps the Demon away,
And renders a lasting impression.

"loosen up a little"
feeling lucky - but gets the
mark of rejection

Not a l33t move, A.
A painful lesson learned.
"Ouch! Watch the hair, Doc!"

Consciences above
One leaves with a bruised ego
Don't say good is weak

It's no small wonder
Apple; like morality
indestructible.

"The right guide," said he.
A glare sent his direction-
Ouchies! More markings.

Should he encourage...?
Not if he values his groin.
Beware the angel!

Lechers never catch
Clues. Foolhardy flirting,
THWACK! Impact tattoo.

So it is written
to tempt the good is foolish
it will leave you sore

Foolish Asmodeus
tempts the ivory temptress; her wrath
the mark of the beast.

<!haiku>
sigh, well, I'm new to Haiku but, it looks real interesting, so I'm giving it a try. Hope I got the syllables right.

I concur.

Cryshalo: Regarding syllable numbers, it should be 5-7-5. (Yours is 6-9-5.) But, any three lines that capture a single moment, image, or theme work just fine. It's a good start. happy.gif

And, because I can't stand to leave my secon one uncorrected:

Lechers never catch
Clues; Foolhardy flirting, THWACK!
Embedded tattoo.

There is Seraphim.
Righteousness? Or repression?
The voice of the rules?

Here, Asmodeus.
Freedom? Desire? Decadence?
Temptation made real.

Good versus evil?
Instinct and morality?
Two sides of one coin?

Apples always fall,
Seraphims apple's fallen,
low as it can go.

Fallen angel's head,
the lowest destination
that one can fall to?
