Two flashbacks Dom style,
stickfigures passing notes with
conflicting motives!

Two corps duke it out
gentle, playful EDS
caught in the middle.

Dark clouds looming high -
MT sees two old rivals
joining friends in need.

With conflicting goals,
The two armed freinds soon arrive,
Big trouble in lit-
Nevermind, that is stupid
Ed and Dom form Danger, Inc.
[/tanka]

Need the high school ph34r?
Miho can protect Ping-chan,
Maybe with some help.

Arrival checklist:
Passport? Gun license? Concealed
agenda permit?

Ping-chan, pawn between
two empires. Good thing she has
befriended a queen.
Ingmar Bergman does MT:
Ed and Dom play chess with Death.

Under the pretense
Of a friendly zombie hunt,
Ed and Dom grow near.

Conflicting motives:
One sent to capture poor Ping,
The other, to kill.

<tanka>
It seems to me, though,
To get to their objective,
They'd have to get through
The zombie queen in the flesh.
Storm clouds on the horizon.

I think "laser tag"
with Death would be more fitting
(real lasers, natch).

Darkness looms over
The chaos of many sides
All fighting themselves

Dom helps the plot now?
Somebody save us from the
possibilities!

Coming to Japan,
the Land of the Rising Sun:
Stick Guy Danger Man!
And there's Ed and his big gun --
why should Dom have all the fun?

Manga and stick art
in a head on collision.
Artistic whiplash!

I figure enough of the MT poets read the haiku threads that this would be a good place to announce the archived Kimiko (Verse), looking very pretty at
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~tlmiller/kimiko/

Enjoy: feedback welcome.

Dom and Ed approach
Firepower necessary
Debugging some code.

<nohaiku>
Hey, this is fun!

Don't bring debugging
hardware too near Erika.
She might set break points.

Children in a war
Found between two empires, trapped;
Where can robots play?

Dom, Ed, Ping, Piro
All caught now in the same web
There can be no peace

Tsubasa, what if
They find him? He's responsible
For the robot-girl.

Miho, Piro, know
The secret behind Ping-chan
Will they be drawn in?

Kimiko, be warned
The web of fate may trap you
Feeding spiders scurry

Standardized testing...
living in the depths of hell
wouldn't be as bad.
