it's what you know that ain't so!

Junpei know that against rule.

She l33t master roommate,
And Junpei not think this is cool.

After helping avert a distaster,
Ping's trying to get to school faster,
En route she fakes
Out a ninja and makes
Him bewildered about his l33t-m4st3r.

He was here before this thread.

A simple thing but wisdom
Lies deeper than this

|[ haiku? ]
Ping going to school;
Junpei has an odd meeting.
Rocks in the water
Innocent or lewd?
Context makes all the difference.
Don't rock the boat yet.
[ irish haiku? ]
First Ping answers the door on the sly,
then Junpei thinks l337 master's awry.
For a game 'cessory,
she is cute as can be,
but as a whole the poor girl makes me cry!
Ping always makes me say "Oi!
A misunderstanding via toy!?
With this frequent scene,
I must intervene,
and equate this to Marmalade Boy!" ;-) (lots of misunderstandings there)

And reflections can
Display unwitting deceptions
Water distorts sight.

| What I enjoy here,
Is that Junpei doesn't seem
To judge Largo yet.
He only seems to
Be wondering what the hell
Could be going on.

| Such cute face,
as such wrong place,
Does junpei not notice,
the calm before storm?
I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, I never tried such Haiku, I actually don't even know what it means, I'm just following the flow, forgive me if this is wrong!

5-7-5 but many
patterns abound here
As Shoka stated
(Although in another thread)
See the quote below:

Nothing to forgive.
All participants welcome!
Come and write haiku!
Haiku is a Japanese verse form comprised of 17 onji arranged in three lines of 5-7-5. As practiced in SD and the Creative Writing forums, this becomes three lines of 5-7-5 totalling seventeen syllables.
Eleven syllables arranged 3-5-3 is also used occasionally, the argument being that since English carries a higher information content than Japanese, using fewer syllables is necessary to bring English haiku closer in spirit to the orignal Japanese form.
Other Japanese verse forms used here are:
1. tanka, thirty-one syllables arranged in 5-7-5-7-7, with the central line being a "pivot" around which the poem revolves. http://www.ahapoetry.com/tanka.htm
2. renga, thirty-one syllables also arranged in 5-7-5-7-7. As practiced here, the first person writes 5-7-5, and the respondent uses 7-7, taking the imagery of the first "verse" and either developing it further or twisting it slightly to bring something new to the poem. The next respondent then writes 5-7-5 and so on. For an example, look at previous posts in this very thread, begining with Shoka's response to my first haiku.
And to continue the current renga...
Cast upon the shore
secrets of the murky deeps
wrecking her stillness.
